Ever Feel Like the Body Looking Back at You in The Mirror Doesn’t Match The Work You Do?

You own a Tonal. And you use it.

You're not one of those people who treats it like an expensive piece of furniture:

The kind who unboxes it, snaps an Instagram photo, and turns it into a $5,000 mirror.

You’re on it 3, 4, or 5+ times per week. You've done many of the most popular programs. And you actually finished them.

Not just that, you eat pretty healthy and care about health, fitness, and longevity.

You also probably built a strong career, raised a family, or even run a business.

But despite your dedication and doing everything right, your body still doesn’t reflect the high standards you hold for yourself.

It’s a story that’s all too common in the Tonal community.

So, let me ask you something:

Does any of the following sound familiar?

You're following programs... And actually finishing them.

You've completed Go Big or Go Home. House of Volume. And 20-in-20 Reignite.

Your Strength Score went up.
Your body didn't.

Every time you catch yourself in the mirror, you think:

"I'm working too hard to look like this."

You've tried tracking your food, but you're still stuck.

You've downloaded MyFitnessPal, MacroFactor, or some other tracking app.

You know protein is king. You've heard it a million times.

But you're still not sure if the targets are right, when they should change, or how your nutrition should evolve as your body changes.

The data says you should be losing fat and building muscle, but the mirror keeps telling a different story.

You bounce between random workouts and programs with no strategy.

One month it's hypertrophy. The next it's fat loss. Then strength.

You've got the tools. And you're putting in the work.

What you don't have is a plan that ties it all together.

Instead of building momentum from one phase to the next, you're constantly starting over.

And after months of doing the work, you're left wondering why the results don't match the effort.

 You care about longevity.

You're doing all the boring stuff...

7–8 hours of sleep. 8–10k steps. Creatine. Fish oil. Magnesium. Caffeine cut-offs.

Heck, you're even doing Zone 2 Cardio while listening to Peter Attia and Andrew Huberman.

You're doing everything the experts say to do.

But after all that work, you're still not as lean, muscular, or confident as you thought you'd be by now.

And lately, you've started to wonder if it's too late.

Maybe your best days slipped away while you were busy raising kids, working hard, and putting your family first.

You've watched friends get soft, tired, and out of shape. The same thing they swore would never happen to them.

Now, even though you hate saying it, you’re beginning to wonder if you’re next.

And it feels like it's now or never.

The Moment Everything Finally Clicked…
After Years of Doing “Everything Right”

Josh was in his early 40s, training consistently, and doing everything he thought he was supposed to do.

He’d been using Tonal for 4 years.

Working out multiple times per week.

Staying active. Even cycling thousands of miles a year.

And yet… his body wasn’t changing the way he wanted.

He wasn’t out of shape, but he wasn’t where he wanted to be either. And that gap started to eat away at him.

Josh wasn’t a beginner.
He wasn’t lazy.
And he definitely wasn’t inconsistent.
Like many high-performing professionals, he had built solid habits:
  • Regular strength training
  • Consistent cardio sessions
  • “Pretty healthy” eating
  • A genuine commitment to staying fit for his son
But despite all that…

The fat wouldn’t come off the way he expected.

Progress felt slow and unpredictable, like he was spinning his wheels.

No matter how hard he worked, something always felt… off. He was doing a lot, but not seeing a return on that effort.

He bounced between programs.
Dialed in parts of his nutrition, but never the whole picture.

Relied on activity to “outrun” small inconsistencies.
He was busy, disciplined, and committed — yet stuck.

And when you’re doing everything you think you’re supposed to do and it still doesn’t work…

You start wondering if the problem is you.

The Problem Wasn’t Effort

Josh eventually realized something important:

It wasn’t that he wasn’t working hard enough.
It was that he didn’t know how to fit all the pieces together.

His goals, training, and nutrition weren’t aligned.
He had the effort, intensity, and even solid habits.

But his training and nutrition weren’t coordinated toward the same outcome.

The Missing Piece He Couldn't See

Instead…

He bounced between programs based on what sounded good.
Dialed in nutrition sometimes, but never in a way that supported his training.

There was no long-term strategy.
No clear progression from one phase to the next.

Effort was high.
But his strategy was incomplete.

And that distinction changed everything.
At some point, Josh asked himself a hard but honest question:

“What would happen if I stopped sabotaging myself and really locked in?”

Not by working harder.
Not by adding more workouts.
Not by finding another random “cookie cutter” program.

But by finally addressing the entire system.

That question was the turning point.

Because it forced a realization most people avoid:

The effort was there.
The strategy wasn’t.

When Everything Finally Started Working Together

Josh didn’t need motivation.
He didn’t need more discipline.
And he didn’t need another “cookie cutter” program.
What he needed was:
  • A clear training strategy with strategic progression
  • Precision in nutrition instead of educated guessing
  • A plan that aligned training, fueling, recovery, and fat loss
  • Accountability to actually execute consistently, not perfectly
At first, he was skeptical.

He’d tracked calories before.
He’d trained seriously before.
He’d followed programs before.

But this time was different because nothing was treated in isolation.

For the first time, training and nutrition were working together with alignment to his goals, not competing with each other or working independently.

Everything finally fit together.

That's When Everything Clicked

Josh realized the issue was never effort, age, or even his genetics.

The problem was lack of integration.

Once his goals, training, nutrition, and execution were aligned inside a single system, progress stopped being random.

It became predictable.
Josh didn’t need to work harder.

He needed a system worthy of the work he was already putting in.

His Results Finally Matched His Effort

Over the next 16 weeks:
  • Josh lost 29 pounds
  • Dropped 7% body fat
  • Lost over 6 inches off his waist
  • And got stronger, adding 138 points to his strength score
He leaned down without sacrificing performance.
He built strength while losing fat...

And for the first time, the mirror matched the effort.
But the biggest changes weren’t just physical.

Josh had more energy.
More confidence.

And a sense of control over his body that he hadn’t felt in years.

On a recent beach trip, Josh took his shirt off and said:

“For the first time in my life, I actually feel confident without my shirt on.”

No hiding.
No second-guessing.

Just pride in the work he’d put in.

Why This Isn’t Just About Josh

Josh’s transformation wasn’t random or even lucky.

It’s actually common, at least, at Action Jackson Fitness.

We see it over and over again with driven professionals who:
  • Train consistently
  • Care about their health
  • Value performance and longevity
  • And still feel stuck despite real effort
The takeaway isn’t “try harder.”

It’s this:

When training, nutrition, and execution are finally aligned into one system, progress becomes predictable.

If you’re doing the work but not getting the return you want, the problem isn’t effort.

The problem is alignment.

After 721+ Tonal Transformations,
The Pattern Is Always The Same

Lazy people don't buy Tonal...

Lazy people don't train 3-5 times a week, track their food, listen to longevity podcasts...

...and try to figure out why their body still doesn't look the way they want.

After 13 years and 2,000+ transformations, including 721+ Tonal users, the same pattern keeps showing up with people exactly like you.

Driven. Disciplined. Doing all the right things.

Getting almost none of the results.

It's not effort. You already proved that.
It's three things almost no one talks about.

1. The plan was never built for you

The macro hack from Instagram.
The exercise form tip from YouTube.

The supplement protocol from The Huberman Lab podcast.

Even the training plan you got from Tonal or ChatGPT.

Useful pieces.

None of them built for your body, your sleep, your stress, your schedule, your history, or your life.

A room full of instruments isn't a symphony.

It's just noise.

2. The plan was written for ideal conditions you don't have

Most programs assume...

You'll sleep 8 hours, train 4 times a week, eat perfectly, and avoid disruption for 6 months straight.

That's not your life.
It's not mine either.

Travel weeks. Sick kids. Deadlines. Holidays. Bad sleep. Cranky joints.

Your body adapts to all of it.
Your plan never does.

So when life happens, the plan breaks...

You hit the reset button with a new program, diet, and more intense training. Channeling your inner David Goggins, you just need more discipline.

But you wind up with the same result and the same frustration.

That's not a discipline problem.

It's a systems problem.

3. You can't adjust what you can't measure

Most people track progress with a scale, a mirror, and a vague feeling.

That's not a feedback loop. It's a guess.
  • The scale can't tell you if you're losing fat or muscle.
  • The mirror can't tell you why six weeks of effort produced nothing.
  • A gut feeling can't tell you if your hormones are working for you or against you.
You'd never run your business this way.

You wouldn't say "I feel like revenue is improving" without looking at the numbers.

You wouldn't keep running the same ad, the same offer, the same strategy for 6 months if the data showed it wasn't working.

But that's how most people approach their body.

Step on the scale.
Glance in the mirror.
Decide if the plan is working.

That's not a system...

That's hope disguised as strategy.

Why I Built the System I Did

I'm "Action" Jackson Bloore...
  • Founding Tonal Coach
  • Amazon #1 Bestselling Author
  • Men's Health model
  • SF Magazine's Best Trainer for Abs
But none of that is the reason why this works.

This works because I've spent 13 years and 2,000+ transformations building a system for people who don't live in ideal conditions. Including me.

I'm 43. Bulging discs. Sciatica. Sleep apnea. A business. A team. A wife with her own career.

And a son who doesn't care how tired I am.

I didn't study this problem.
I lived it.

Eventually, I stopped guessing at what works and built the system I wish I'd had.

You don't need another random Tonal program. You need a training strategy that progresses toward a specific goal.

You don't need another diet. You need nutrition that supports fat loss, muscle, performance, and real life.

You don't need another motivational speech. You need a mindset that holds the line when the week isn't perfect.

You don't need more information. You need someone who can connect the pieces, analyze the data, and adjust the plan before frustration turns into another restart.

That's what we built.

It's called The 4 Pillars:

1. Training
2. Nutrition
3. Mindset
4. Accountability

Not four separate things you bolt together. One integrated system that adjusts when life moves and tells you exactly what to do next.

That's the difference between a plan and a system.

A plan assumes everything stays the same. A system assumes nothing does.

It's why our average client loses 18 lbs and 6% body fat in 16 weeks while getting stronger, with an 84% success rate.

Here's how each pillar works...

The 4 Pillars Behind Every Transformation

Most programs hand you a PDF workout, a cookie-cutter meal plan, and call it a day.

We don't do that.

We build a complete system around four pillars. Remove one and the whole thing falls apart. Connect all four and the results become almost unfair.

Here's how it works...

Pillar #1: Training

Strategic Progressive Programming Built For You Not The Masses.

The problem isn't that you're not working hard enough.

It's that your training has no strategy behind it.

Most people bounce between programs based on what looks interesting or what their favorite coach just dropped.

Every few weeks they hit reset. And every few months they wonder why they're not progressing.

We build workouts around you. Your goals. Your schedule. Your injury history. Your current level. Every phase sequenced so it builds on the one before.

You always know what you're doing, why you're doing it, and where it's taking you.

No more random workouts.
No more plateaus.

Just a clear, strategic, and progressive path forward.

PILLAR 2: NUTRITION

A Specific Framework That Actually Fits Your Life.

"Eating healthy" is not a plan.

It's two words that mean something different to every person.

Without a real framework behind it, it's just a feel-good meme pretending to be a strategy.

We give you the actual framework.
Your targets. Your foods. Your timing.

Most importantly, we adjust your nutrition based on how your body responds and how your training progresses.

A fat loss phase and a muscle-building phase don't eat the same way. Most people never figure that out.

Flexible enough to fit your real life.
Specific enough to actually work.

Pillar #3: Mindset

How To Get Results That Actually Last By Shifting Your Identity.

Information is not the problem.

You already know you should be tracking your food, training consistently, and sleeping enough.

The gap isn't knowledge.
It's execution.

We teach you how to stay consistent when motivation runs out (and it will).

How to course correct fast when life hits, instead of spiraling into a full reset.

And how to build the kind of identity where healthy habits stop feeling like discipline.

Instead, they feel like a normal part of who you are.

Pillar #4: Accountability

Real Accountability & Support From Real Humans Not AI Bots.

This is where most programs fail you.

A Facebook group with tumbleweeds and a generic check-in email is not accountability.

It's the illusion of accountability.

What you actually get:
  • 1-on-1 calls whenever you need them.
  • Direct message access to your coaching team.
  • Weekly personalized coaching videos reviewing your real progress.
  • A dedicated accountability coach whose job is to notice when you go quiet and find out why.
The system watches. Adjusts.
And pushes you when you need it.

When The Entire System Works Together

Most people aren't missing effort.
They're missing a system.

Training. Nutrition. Mindset. Accountability.

Remove any one of them and results become harder than they need to be.

Put all four together and something shifts.

Progress stops being random. Results stop being a surprise. And the mirror finally starts reflecting the work you've actually been putting in.

Our clients average 18 lbs lost, 6% body fat dropped, and 1.5 lbs of muscle gained in 16 weeks

And that's with an 84% success rate.

Everything You Get Access To

When you join us, you're not getting a folder of PDFs and a What's App group chat with 500 strangers.

You're getting a fully-integrated 16-week system.

Real humans. Real feedback.

And a plan built specifically around you and adjusted strategically based on actual data-points. This isn't some cookie-cutter set-it-and-forget plan like most online coaches provide.

Here's what our approach provides:

The MOvement Evaluation

We see how you move before we program you to move more.

Before we write a single workout, we assess how you move...

Your skill, your mobility, your movement patterns. All evaluated up front so we know exactly where to meet you and how to progress you safely.

Throughout the program you can submit form review videos and get direct coaching back on your technique.

It keeps you safe and injury-free.

And it means every rep you put in is actually building strength and muscle, not reinforcing bad patterns.

THE ACTION-DRIVEN TRAINING SYSTEM

Custom programming. Built on 100+ data points. Sequenced to compound.

Built around 100+ data points collected during onboarding.

Your goals, schedule, injury history, current training level, movement patterns, equipment access.

Not a template with your name on it.
An actual program written for you with every phase is sequenced to build on the one before.

No resets.
No plateaus.
No guessing what to do next.

Warm-ups, cardio, ab training, all of it mapped out.

A complete daily checklist so every day you know exactly what to do.

THE DEATH OF DIETING NUTRITION PLAN

Not a diet. A framework for fueling your body that fits your life.

Your targets. Your foods. Your timing.

Calibrated to your goals and updated as your training shifts from phase to phase. Because what you eat during a fat loss phase and a muscle-building phase are not the same thing.

Flexible enough to fit your real life. Specific enough to actually move the needle.

THE WEEKLY WIN REVIEW

Your feedback loop. The thing most people never have.

Every week you fill out a structured review...

Training performance. Nutrition adherence. Wins. Obstacles. How you're actually feeling.

It trains you to assess yourself honestly. Without beating yourself up or letting yourself off the hook.

Your coach reviews everything and sends back a personalized video. What you're doing well. What needs to change this week. Exactly what to focus on.

This is what makes progress predictable instead of accidental.

Get 1% better every week. Watch what compounds in 16 weeks.

CHECKPOINT COACHING CALLS

1-on-1 calls when you actually need them. No hoops.

You start with three 1-on-1 calls during onboarding.

This is so begin with a clear plan, the right mindset, and zero confusion about what to do first.

After that, calls are available as needed. Between phases. After a DEXA scan. When life hits hard. Whenever you need your coach in your corner.

Book 24 hours in advance. That's it.

THE NO EXCUSES ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEM

The reason most programs fail. And the reason this one doesn't.

Every week your accountability coach is monitoring your training logs and nutrition data.

Not passively. Actively.

If you go quiet, they notice. If you stop logging, they reach out.

First a message. Then a text. Then a call.

Most programs hope you stay engaged. We make sure of it.

THE CHAMPION'S MINDSET PLAYBOOK

The piece that took our success rate from 50% to 84%.

Weekly frameworks for closing the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

How to stay consistent when motivation fades.
How to course correct fast when life disrupts the plan.
How to build the identity of someone who doesn't quit.

This isn't a bonus. It's a core part of the system.

Real Facebook Posts From Clients:

Word of Warning:
We Don’t Work With Everyone

And we turn away more people than we take.

This isn't an app.

It's not a template.

And you're not one of 500.
  • Every workout is manually uploaded to your Tonal.
  • Every week you get a personalized video review of your actual data.
  • Your accountability coach is watching your logs and reaching out when you go quiet.
  • You get direct message access to your coaching team, and 1-on-1 calls whenever you need them.
That's what makes this work.

It's also what makes it impossible to scale.

So, we cap onboarding at 4 new clients per month. One per week.

Not because of an artificial deadline...

But because every client we bring on gets hours of hands-on coaching every week, and we refuse to compromise that for anyone.

When we're full, we're full.
No exceptions.

We'd rather turn people away than water down the experience for the clients already inside.

So, if you've been thinking about coaching...

The risk isn't that you try and it doesn't work.

The risk is you come back ready to start and there's no room.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?

This program is built for you if:

  • You have a real relationship with training.
You workout 3-5 times a week right now...

Or you did for years before life got in the way.

Either way, you don't hate working out.

You might be frustrated, stuck, or out of rhythm.

But when you think about training consistently again, it feels like coming home.

Not like punishment.
  • You've got the effort but not the system.
You're not starting from zero.

You have discipline, consistency, and drive...

Or you used to, and you're ready to get it back.

You've got the tools.
You've got the work ethic.

What you're missing is a plan that ties everything together.
  • You're a professional in your 30s, 40s, or 50s with real responsibilities.
You've got a career, family, travel, and stress.

You need a program that works inside your actual life.

Not one that pretends those things don't exist.
  • You're coachable.
You want an expert in your corner guiding you...

And you're ready to listen, trust the process, and execute.

Even when the feedback is direct and the adjustments feel uncomfortable.
  • You communicate.
When things get hard, and they will, you reach out instead of going quiet. You ask for help. You stay engaged. The system only works if you work with us, not around us.
  • You're ready to commit to at least 16 weeks.
Not 16 days.
Not "until it gets hard."

This is a complete rewiring of how you train, eat, and think about your body.

That takes time.
And you're prepared to invest it.

This program is NOT for you if:

  • You hate working out.
We can give you a perfect, strategic, and scientifically-proven plan...

But we can't make you want to train.

If exercise feels like punishment, this isn't the right fit.
  • You're looking to buy results.
Paying for coaching doesn't transform your body.

Showing up every day and doing the work does. We provide the system, the coaching, and the accountability.

The effort is yours.
  • You're not willing to change how you eat.
We're flexible.

We're not going to hand you a rigid meal plan and tell you to eat chicken and broccoli for 16 weeks.

But you have to track your nutrition, make adjustments, and rethink your relationship with food and alcohol.

If you're unwilling, we can't help you.
  • You struggle with disordered eating.
If you're struggling with an eating disorder, you need a licensed professional, not a coaching program.

We take this seriously.

It's not something we're equipped or qualified to treat.
  • You go quiet when things get tough.
Our system is built on communication:

Weekly check-ins.
Direct messaging.
Real-time adjustments.

But if your instinct is to go quiet when things get hard, the feedback loop breaks.

We can't coach someone we can't reach.
  • You want a yes-man, not a coach.
We adapt to your preferred coaching style.

Teacher, partner, drill sergeant, whatever works...

But the one thing that doesn't change is that you'll get direct, honest feedback.

If you're looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear, we're not the right fit.

Bonuses

Three places transformations usually fall apart.

Solved before you ever hit them.

Included with your program at no additional cost.

BONUS #1: THE ROAD WARRIOR PROTOCOL

Stay On Track No Matter Where Life Takes You. Even If You Travel Constantly.

Most programs assume you'll be home, well-rested, and eating at your own kitchen table for 16 straight weeks.

That's a fantasy.

The Road Warrior Protocol is our travel-tested framework, built from real clients who travel internationally every week and still lose 15+ lbs without missing a beat.

You get:
  • Our 13-step system for navigating airports, hotels, client dinners, and jet lag
  • Hotel and bodyweight workouts for any equipment situation
  • A nutrition playbook for eating on the road.
And if travel disrupts your training schedule, we adjust or extend your phases so you never lose momentum.

This isn't "tips for staying healthy on vacation."

It's the same system our clients use to travel every week and still hit their goals.

BONUS #2: THE PHASE ZERO PLAYBOOK

Hit The Ground Running From Day One. So You Don't Waste Time.

Here's why most coaching programs fail before they even start.

You sign up. You get a login. Then you spend the first two weeks confused. Figuring out your apps. Guessing at the grocery store. Trying to fit workouts into your schedule. Wondering if you're even doing it right.

By week three you're already behind.

And that early friction is usually the beginning of the end.

We fixed that.

Before your program officially starts, you get the Phase Zero Playbook. A complete setup guide that walks you through everything so day one feels like day ten.

You get:
  • App setup and how to use every tool in your system
  • A kitchen prep checklist so your fridge is stocked and ready
  • A schedule blocking framework so your training is locked into your calendar before the first workout
  • A mindset reset to draw a line between what you've tried before and what you're about to do
By the time you start Phase 1...

There's zero confusion. Zero fumbling. Just execution.

This is why our clients see results in the first two weeks. Not spend them figuring out where to start.

BONUS #3: THE GRADUATION GAME PLAN

Keep Your Results Long After The Program Ends. So You Never Need Another Coach Again.

This is the fear nobody talks about.

You invest 16 weeks. Get in the best shape of your life. And then what?

Go back to guessing? Lose everything you built?

That's what happens with most programs. The coaching stops and so does the progress. Within a few months you're right back where you started. Maybe worse. Wondering if you just wasted your money.

We built the system so that doesn't happen.

During your Program Review in the final weeks, your coach builds you a personalized Graduation Game Plan. A roadmap for your next 90 days of independent training and nutrition.

Not a generic maintenance template. A plan based on your data, your progress, and your goals for what comes next.

What to train. What to eat. What to track. How to adjust on your own using the same feedback loop you've been running for 16 weeks.

Plus everything in the Performance Vault. Grocery lists. Meal plans. Exercise libraries. Nutrition guides. Progress tracking tools. All yours permanently.

The goal was never to make you dependent on us. The goal is to make us the last program you ever need.

That's not a tagline. That's the actual plan.

BUT IS IT WORTH IT?

One of our clients, Len, put it better than I could.

He's a guy who served, works, trains, and has a family. Here's what he said on camera after his transformation:
My biggest hesitation going in was, do I want to spend the money?

And I thought about the fact that I wouldn't hesitate to spend money on a car, on a vacation.

Why would I not spend it on the body that's going to carry me through the rest of my life?
Len's right.

But here's the part most people miss.

You've probably already invested in your body. A lot.

The Tonal in the corner.
The Peloton in the garage.
The adjustable dumbbells.
The MyFitnessPal subscription.

The Whoop, protein powder, creatine, and all the other supplements.

The recovery gear.
A previous trainer or coach.
And maybe another online program that didn't deliver.

Add it up.

Most of our clients have spent $10,000+ on their body before they ever talk to me.

Some a lot more...

And yet the body still doesn't reflect the effort. Or the spend.

That's not a problem of investment.
That's a problem of instruction.

You don't need another app.
You don't need more equipment.
You don't need another podcast.

You already have the tools.

What you're missing is someone to teach you how to actually use the stuff you already own.

To program it.
To sequence it.
To align it with your nutrition.
To adjust it as your body changes.

To tell you when to push, when to pull back, and what to track so you know it's working.

That's what you're investing in.

Not another thing to put on the pile...

The coaching that finally makes the pile pay off.

Let's look at the alternatives.

  • Keep figuring it out yourself.
Some people do eventually crack it alone. But it takes years.

I've watched smart, driven professionals spend half a decade trying.

Your 40s and 50s aren't the decade to find out the hard way.
  • Hire a top in-person trainer.
A good one in a major city runs $250 to $400 per session.

Three to five sessions a week for 16 weeks puts you at $12,000 to $32,000.

That's just the training hours...

No nutrition. No accountability. No support between sessions.
  • Hire a random online coach that doesn't know Tonal.
Cheaper. Usually by a lot.

And usually you get what you pay for...

Cookie-cutter workouts, a generic meal plan, and a Facebook group full of tumbleweeds.
  • Action Jackson Fitness.
Custom training programmed into what you already own.

✔️ Custom nutrition built around your actual life.
✔️ Weekly personalized coaching videos.
✔️ Direct message access to your coaching team.
✔️ A dedicated accountability coach.
✔️ 1-on-1 calls as needed.

A proven system with 2,000+ transformations behind it.

For a fraction of what one quarter of in-person coaching would cost.

And for the first time, your existing equipment, apps, and habits start actually earning their keep.

The question isn't whether you can afford this...

The question is whether you can afford another year of owning all the right tools and still not knowing how to use them.
I'm in my 40s, 50s, or 60s. Is it too late for me to get these kinds of results?
Not even close. Some of our best transformations have come from clients in their 50s and 60s.

Vickie was 62 when she started the program. She lost 33 pounds, 24% of her starting body fat, and 18 inches. She said the program was so effective that her son, daughter-in-law, and daughter all joined after seeing her results.

Mark will be 59 this year. He dropped 20 lbs, cut significant body fat, lost nearly 4 inches off his waist while adding muscle. He said our program was the “Best Investment Ever" and went on to say he’s in the best shape of his life.

And Jeremy got a six-pack at 55. He lost 34 pounds, 12% body fat, and gained 2.5 lbs of muscle in 16 weeks.

I’m 43 years young so I get it. I can’t train the same way now that I used to at 23 or even 33. But what you have to realize is that age isn't the problem. A bad system is.

We account for your age, your injury history, your recovery needs, and your schedule. That's why this works when generic programs written by 25-year-olds don't.
I've been training for years and still don't have the body I want. What if I just have bad genetics?
Let's be real. If you want to be Mr. Olympia or a Men's Health cover model like me, genetics matter a lot. You're not gracing magazine covers without symmetrical abs, elite muscle insertions, and a chiseled jawline.

But genetics won't stop you from making massive progress and building a body you're genuinely proud of. Keep in mind less than 1% of the population has visible abs. You don't need elite genetics to get there. You need an elite system and coaching to push you beyond what you think and believe is currently possible for you, your body, and your life.

That's what Josh thought too. Training for years, cycling thousands of miles, doing everything right. Nothing changed.

Once his training, nutrition, and execution were aligned, he lost 29 lbs, dropped 7% body fat, and got his shirt off at the beach for the first time with confidence.

Not because his genetics changed. Because his system did.
What if I'm not disciplined enough to stick with it for 16 weeks?
The fact that you have doubts is exactly why you need to do this. If you were 100% certain or you thought the next 16 weeks would be easy, then you don't need this program. And you probably already have the body of your dreams.

Accomplishing anything worthwhile is going to be difficult, challenging, and character-building. When I quit my six-figure consulting job at Accenture to become a personal trainer, I had my doubts. I was worried. But that worry was a sign I cared.

But who I became in the process is the man you know today. But he was forged through challenges, failure, and falling on my face more times than I can count.

Courage isn't doing something absent of fear. It's feeling fear and doing it anyway because you know it's worth it.

Plus, that's why we built accountability and support into the program. You're not doing this alone. Your accountability coach is monitoring your training logs and nutrition data every single week.

If you go quiet, they notice. First a message. Then a text. Then a call.

Most of our clients aren't superhuman with discipline. They're busy professionals who have good weeks and bad weeks just like you. The difference is they have a system that catches them before they fall off and a team that won't let them disappear.

You don't need perfect discipline.

You need a system, habits, and accountability that keeps you in the game when motivation runs out.

I travel constantly for work. How does this work if I'm never home?
When I worked at Accenture, I traveled every week by plane to "commute" to my office for the week which could be in New Jersey, Chicago, or even San Francisco. There were months I traveled more than 15K miles by plane.

So I know what that life is like and while it does add in more variables and make things more challenging, nothing is impossible if you are serious about making a change. I know what's required from my own experience and from coaching thousands of high-performers who travel frequently.

It's also exactly why we built the Road Warrior Protocol. It's our travel-tested framework built from real clients who travel internationally on a weekly basis and still lose 15+ lbs without missing a beat.

You get our 13-step system for navigating airports, hotels, client dinners, and jet lag. Hotel and bodyweight workouts so you never miss a session regardless of equipment access. And a nutrition playbook for eating on the road.

But more importantly, when travel disrupts your schedule, we adjust. We extend phases, shift workouts, and modify your nutrition targets so you never lose momentum. The system bends to your life. Not the other way around.

Jeremy lost 34 lbs and got a six-pack while flying cross-country every week for work. Richard lost 15 lbs while traveling internationally 2-3x per month.

This isn't a program that breaks when you leave your house. It's adjusts for you when you're not.
My schedule is unpredictable. What happens when life blows up my plan?
You adjust. And we help you adjust.

Most programs are written for ideal conditions. They assume you'll sleep well, train consistently, and have zero disruptions for 16 weeks straight. That's a fantasy.

I've got a one year old so I get it: sleepless nights, stuck in a hospital room for 3 days, rushing to the ER at 10pm over a cough that turns out to be nothing.

Life doesn't pause for your fitness goals. But when it hits, we adjust together.

We don’t let a single bad week define you. And most importantly, we don’t let a bad week turn into a bad month. Your coach is reviewing your data every week and helping you make smart decisions based on what's actually happening in your life.

But regardless of all the chaos, you still have to show up and do the work. We can build the plan and guide the adjustments, but we can't eat the food or do the reps for you.

Miram is an anesthesiologist whose schedule shifts with every emergency surgery. He rarely has the same week twice. He lost 20 lbs, 5% body fat, and got a shredded six-pack.

Eric had two emergency eye surgeries mid-program. He still lost 26 lbs, 12.7% body fat, and gained 9 lbs of muscle. Life didn't just blow up his plan. It detonated it. He still got a six-pack at 50.

Your schedule doesn't have to be perfect. The commitment does.
Is this for men, women, or both?
Both. And the results speak for themselves.

Most of the transformations you've seen on this page are men. That's not because the program works better for men. It's because men tend to be a lot more willing to let us use their photos. But our female clients are quietly crushing it.

Erin lost 23 lbs, 7.2% body fat, and 3 inches off her waist in 16 weeks.

Christine is a corporate lawyer and working mom of two who lost 7 lbs and 3% body fat in 16 weeks.

Harini lost 14 lbs and 3.5% body fat while starting a new business and raising two kids.

And last, but certainly not least is Robyn who lost 101 lbs in 11 months.

The 4 Pillars are the same for everyone. But how we apply them is different. Training emphasis, nutrition targets, recovery considerations, and programming all shift based on your body, your goals, and your life.

We also have both male and female coaches on the team, so you're never getting a one-size-fits-all experience regardless of who you are.
I've done online coaching before and it didn't work. How is this different?
Most online coaching and coaches suck. Most overpromise and underdeliver. They upload some cookie-cutter workouts, a cookie-cutter meal plan, and you never hear from them again.

No check-ins. No accountability. No communication.

None of it is specific to you. None of it is customized or personalized. You feel like a number or a paycheck. And when it doesn't work, you start wondering if the problem is you.

It's not.

Here's why I can say that with confidence.

We have 100+ Success Story interviews on YouTube with real clients getting real results in record time. 147+ five-star reviews on
Trustpilot. Another 50+ five-star reviews on Yelp.

That's not marketing. It’s our reputation built upon a foundation of a client-first attitude treating every single one of our clients just like we’d want to be treated.

And here's what's actually different inside this program.

✔️ Every workout is manually written for you and uploaded to your Tonal — or sent directly if you don't have one — by your coach.

✔️ Your nutrition targets are calibrated to your body and updated as your training shifts from phase to phase.

✔️ Every week you submit a structured review, and your coach sends back a personalized video walking you through what's working, what's changing, and exactly what to focus on next.

✔️ And if you go quiet? Your accountability coach notices within days. First a message. Then a text. Then a call.

My client Alex had tried two or three online coaches before finding me.

All the same pitch: follow me, I'll send you the workouts and the recipes, you'll be in the best shape of your life. Then he'd look at the before-and-afters and see nothing.

By the time we chatted, he was skeptical of everything. He told me straight up: if I don't like this, I'm out. Fair enough, I said. Put in the effort and you'll see results. If you don't, that's on me.

Sixteen weeks later, Alex had dropped 18 lbs, cut 11% body fat, added 4 lbs of lean mass, and taken 3 inches off his waist.

More importantly, he finally saw what had been missing from every program before this one. Structure. Tracking. Real feedback.

And a plan he could actually stick to without becoming miserable.

The system is different. So the result is different.
Do I need a Tonal? What equipment do I need?
No. You don't need a Tonal.

I've been coaching clients in commercial gyms and home gyms since 2013. I went online in 2017. I didn't coach a single Tonal client until 2020.

Over the last four years we've worked with 721+ Tonal clients — but across the full history of Action Jackson Fitness, we've coached more clients in commercial and home gyms than on a Tonal.

Tonal is a tool. Not the program.

If you own one, your coach manually uploads every workout to your unit. You're training the way the machine was designed to be trained: with a plan, a progression, and a purpose. That's the difference between owning a Tonal and actually getting results from one.

If you don't own one, same coaching, different delivery. Your coach writes the workouts to whatever you've got — a commercial gym, a home gym, a garage setup.

Here's the minimum: a pair of adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable bench. That's the floor. With that and a plan, we can build you a great physique.

What won't cut it: resistance bands only. Bodyweight only. A few random dumbbells and nothing else. We're not in the business of trying to make resistance bands build a six-pack. If that's your current setup, upgrade first — then come talk to us. The tool has to match the goal.

Travel is different. When you're on the road, bodyweight and hotel gym sessions are built into the plan through the Road Warrior Protocol.

Short-term improvisation is fine. Long-term setup isn't.

The equipment is not the variable. The system is. But the system still needs the right inputs to work.
What's the time commitment each week?
Less than you think. And in most cases, less than you're already spending.

Here's the counterintuitive part: most of my clients actually spend LESS time on training and nutrition after joining — not more.

Because they stop scrolling social media looking for workout tips. They stop watching random form-check videos. They stop getting overwhelmed by the conflicting noise on the internet.

They cut through the noise, do exactly what we tell them to move the needle, and get on with their day.

The breakdown:

Training: 3-5 workouts per week, 30-60 minutes each. We have clients training 3 days a week for 30 minutes, and others training 6 days a week for an hour or more. The plan is built around you.

Nutrition tracking: A few minutes a day to log your food. After the first few weeks, most clients do it on autopilot.

Weekly review: About 15-20 minutes once a week. You fill out a structured check-in, and your coach sends back a personalized video — usually 5-10 minutes — telling you exactly what to focus on next.
Messaging and 1-1 calls: On demand. As much or as little as you need.

If you're newer to training or still building the habit, we'll shorten your workouts or reduce your training days. Beginners typically spend more time in the first phase because they're learning — new movements, new tracking, new routines. That's expected. The training wheels come off as you go.

If you're intermediate or advanced, you'll likely spend less time than you do now. Because you're no longer programming your own workouts, debating your own macros, or researching your own deload strategy. We handle the thinking. You handle the doing.

Matt wakes up at 5:30 and is done training by 7. Erin trains from 4-5am before her kids wake up. Miram fits it around emergency surgeries. Jeremy fits it around cross-country flights every week. None of them had "extra time." They rearranged the time they had around a plan that was actually worth the effort.

The time is not the obstacle. The plan is.
What happens after the 16 weeks are over?
Here's what we're actually trying to do.

The goal of this program is for you to never need a coach again.

That's not a marketing line. It's the design philosophy. You invest once with us and we solve your problem forever. No more trainers. No more nutritionists. No more $200 programs that work for six weeks and then collapse.

We want to be the last program you ever buy.

Here's how we deliver on that.

Resources you keep forever. Workouts, grocery lists, meal plans, exercise libraries, tracking tools. All yours.
Skills you build. How to structure training phases. How to adjust nutrition when progress stalls. How to read your own data and make decisions instead of guesses.

Habits you ingrain, so getting in shape stops feeling like white-knuckle Navy Seal discipline and starts feeling like brushing your teeth. You don't need a pre-workout to brush your teeth. You just do it. That's where we want you.

Mindset tools, so when life goes sideways, you course-correct in a day instead of spiraling for a month.

And short-term accountability and support, so you get the training wheels you need now to build the long-term personal responsibility you actually want.

Now here's the honest part.

About 46% of our clients choose to continue after graduation. Not because they have to. Because they want to. A few reasons why.
Goals change. Someone comes in wanting to lose 20 lbs. We do it in 16 weeks. Then they want to build muscle. Or train for a 10K.

Or hit a half marathon PR. Or knock out their first triathlon. New goal, new phase, new programming.

Big goals take more time. The average client loses 18 lbs, 6% body fat, and gains 1.5 lbs of muscle in 16 weeks. Some clients outperform that inside the same window. Spencer built 14.9 lbs of lean mass in 16 weeks — our all-time muscle record. John dropped 49 lbs in 16 weeks — our all-time weight loss record inside the program.

But those are outliers. Most people with truly ambitious goals need more runway. We've had multiple clients lose over 100 lbs. My all-time weight loss record is 125 lbs in 12 months. The most muscle any client of ours has ever built is 16 lbs of lean mass in 8 months. You don't do that in 16 weeks. You do that with a system you can run for a year or more.

Habits need more reps. It's one thing to lose weight. It's another to keep it off. Some clients just want more time to let the identity solidify before they fly solo.

So yes, we build you to leave. And plenty do. But if your life gets easier with us in your corner — custom programming, real accountability, adjustments for vacation, travel, injuries, whatever life throws at you — you're welcome to stay as long as you want.
Getting in shape is the first part of a fitness journey. Not the last.
What if I'm not satisfied with my results?
We've got you covered two different ways.

The 30-Day Decision Window. If the first 30 days don't feel like the right fit, tell us and we'll refund your investment. The only condition is that you actually do the work during those 30 days — onboarding calls, workouts, nutrition logging, weekly check-ins. If you show up and this still isn't it, no hard feelings.

The Results Commitment. If you complete the full 16 weeks — train consistently, log your nutrition, submit your weekly reviews, stay in communication with your coaching team — and you're not happy with your progress, we keep coaching you at no additional cost until you are.

Most programs won't stand behind their work like that. We will. Because I've watched this system produce results over 2,000 times. The clients who follow the plan get results. Period.

The only way this doesn't work is if you don't do the work. And in that case, the problem isn't the program.

See the full guarantee above for the details.
Can I do this if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Almost certainly yes. Most of our clients walk in with something.

If you're an intermediate or advanced lifter, you've probably got a list. Shoulder impingement. Bicep tendinitis. Bad hips. Herniated disc. Torn meniscus. Chronic lower back.

I'm 43 with my own list — bulging discs, sciatica, sleep apnea, multiple shoulder impingements, bicep tendinitis, torn hamstring, torn medial collateral ligament in my elbow, golfer's elbow, tennis elbow, broken nose. I've trained around all of it.

Someone once asked me how I come back from an injury when I take lots of time off. My answer: I don't. I never stop. I just train around it.

That's the rule we teach every client: work around, not through.
We've had plenty of clients start with real injuries and finish with real results.

Nikki tore her ACL right before starting — completely unrelated to training. She still lost 16 pounds.

Donny broke his toe right before his program began and went on to become one of our Hall of Fame clients.

Sean Kilbourn slipped on a wet hotel floor on vacation, dislocated his kneecap, and partially tore his MPFL — a week before his program was supposed to start. We pushed the start by a week to get PT rolling, then ran phase one as upper-body only while his knee healed.

He came out the other side stronger, leaner, and in the AJF Hall of Fame.

And one of our most memorable cases: a client who used a walker and couldn't use his legs at all. We built him a 16-week upper-body-only program and he lost over 30 pounds.

If we can coach a client in a walker to a 30-pound transformation, we can figure out a plan around your bad shoulder.

That's what we do. We modify and personalize the program around what you can and can't do.

Can't squat? We run upper-only for a phase.

Shoulder acting up? We change angles, grips, tempos, and keep you pressing.

Broken toe? We work from the knees up until you heal.

Here's the reframe most people miss:

If you're hurt right now, that's actually the perfect time to have a coach.

Without coaching, an injury is usually the moment people throw in the towel. "I'll start when I'm healthy." Then six months pass and nothing's changed except the scale.

With coaching, an injury is just a programming input. We work around it. You build the habits, stack the nutrition wins, and keep the identity of someone who doesn't quit. That's the part that makes this a permanent lifestyle change instead of another false start.

We work around you. That's the whole point.
How is this different from hiring an in-person trainer?
Online is better. Full stop. Let me explain why.

Cost. When I was training clients in person in San Francisco back in 2017, my rate was $250+ per session. Today that same session would run at least $400 an hour.

That might be a bit on the high end, but any good trainer is going to run you at least a few hundred bucks a session. And there’s the added gym fees associated with it, commuting to the gym, etc. And forget it if you want the trainer to come to you. That’s even more expensive.

For most people, meaningful progress means multiple sessions per week. You're looking at $2,000+ a month just for the hours your trainer is physically next to you. Online coaching gets you more support, more frequency, and a full system for a fraction of that.

Quality of training time. Most in-person sessions turn into Q&A. You're paying premium rates for someone to watch you train, and instead you end up talking through what you ate last night, what hurt this week, and how to set up the next exercise. The actual training suffers. Online flips that. Your workout is your workout. Your questions get answered asynchronously by your coach, on video review, in the community, or over messages. No premium billable hour gets wasted on conversation.

Scope. Most in-person trainers are legally not allowed to program nutrition, or they choose not to because they specialize. So you pay one person for training and you're left on your own for everything else. With us, training, nutrition, mindset, and accountability are one integrated system delivered by one team. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing falls through the cracks.

Accountability between sessions. In-person accountability ends the second the session does. There is no check-in, no messaging, no tracking, no data review. When I was training clients in person, if they texted me with questions between sessions, I'd tell them to hold them for the next appointment. Because I didn't get paid to answer questions on my off hours. That's the model. Our model is the opposite. Weekly coaching videos. Direct messages to your team. A dedicated accountability coach watching your logs. The feedback loop runs all week, not just during the hour you're standing next to your coach.

Teaching versus dependency. Most in-person trainers don't actually teach you how to train on your own. Because if you learn, you stop showing up. That's bad for their business. This program is built on the opposite incentive. We want to be the last program you ever buy. We give you the workouts, the resources, and the skills to run it on your own after 16 weeks.

Flexibility and scale. You train on your schedule, not your trainer's availability. At home. In your gym. In a hotel. On a business trip.

You can rewatch your form review video at 10pm when the kids are asleep. You can pull up your exercise library mid-workout. You can compare month six to week one with a few taps. None of that exists with in-person.

Access. With in-person you're limited to whoever happens to be within driving distance of your gym. Online, you get to work with the best coach for you regardless of where you live.

A full team versus one person. An in-person trainer is one person. One set of biases. One opinion. When you work with us, your plan is reviewed, refined, and adjusted by a team of coaches. That's a lot of eyes on your programming, not one.

I loved training clients in person. I built my reputation doing it.

But if I were starting over today as a client trying to finally get into the best shape of my life, I'd hire an online coach every time. Same expertise. More support. More flexibility. Better results. Fraction of the cost.

In-person coaching is a Cadillac.
Online is a Ferrari.
How quickly will I start seeing results?
The vast majority, but not all clients see some wins in the first week.

The program is designed to create early wins on purpose. When you see progress fast, you stay committed. When you don't, you quit. So phase one is built specifically to give you proof this is working within the first week or two.

Here's the honest answer on what that actually looks like.

Our clients average 18 lbs lost, 6% body fat dropped, and 1.5 lbs of muscle gained in 16 weeks. Broken down weekly, that's roughly 1.2 lbs of fat loss per week.

Some clients do better. Some do worse. Kelvin lost 41 lbs, dropped 13% body fat, lost 5.5 inches off his waist, and gained 6 lbs of muscle in the same 16 weeks. That's well above average.

Most clients will not hit that. Some will blow past it. That's the nature of a system that's personalized to the individual.

One thing to expect: progress is not linear. Weight loss never is. You might lose 5 lbs in your first week, nothing in week two, 1 lb in week three, and 2 lbs in week four.

On average? Still over 2 lbs per week.

But if you only watch the scale day to day, you'll convince yourself it stopped working three times before week four is even over.

That's why we teach you to measure more than just the scale. Progress photos. Tape measurements. Strength numbers. Energy. Sleep. How your clothes fit.

The more things you measure, the more opportunities you have to see you're winning — even when the scale is being dramatic.

Matt took a shirt-off photo six weeks in and couldn't believe what he was looking at.

Paul hit the ground hard and saw results early. Those early wins carried him the rest of the way to 34 lbs lost, 12% body fat dropped, and 6 inches off his waist.

Josh got visible results for the first time in years. First beach trip after: shirt stayed off the whole time.
The real answer has two timelines.

Short term: you'll feel different in week one. You'll see it in the mirror by week four. You'll see it in photos by week six.

Long term: the big transformation is 16 weeks. That's a month to build momentum. A month to lock in strength. A month to accelerate fat loss. And a final phase to amplify everything.

If you want to feel change fast, we deliver that. If you want to change your body, your habits, and your identity permanently, that takes 16 weeks of real work to build momentum but often 6 months or more to really engrain and years to master.

Both are on the table. You just have to show up.

Here’s What You Already Know…

You’ve read this far for a reason.

Somewhere along the way, something hit.

Maybe it was the part about being disciplined everywhere in your life except this one.

Maybe it was Josh taking his shirt off at the beach.

Maybe it was realizing you’ve been treating training and nutrition like separate problems when they need to work together.

Whatever it was, you already know...

You know the system you’ve been running isn’t working. You know more willpower isn’t the answer.

And you know another free program, podcast tip, or six weeks of “trying harder” isn’t going to fix it.

You also know what another year of spinning your wheels costs.

Not just the weight you won’t lose or the muscle you won’t build.

The version of you that never shows up.

The beach trip where the shirt stays on.

The photos you scroll past.

The mirror you stop looking at.

That’s the actual cost of waiting.

And it isn’t measured in dollars.

Here's where you are.

  • Option #1: Close this page.
Keep doing what you're doing.
Hope something changes on its own.

Spoiler: it won't.

If the last three years haven't fixed it, the next three won't either.
  • Option#2: Fill out an application to see if we can help.
Tell us what you're dealing with.

If you're a fit, we'll get you on a call, talk through your goals, and show you exactly what the next 16 weeks look like.

If we can help, we go to work. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.

Worst case: you get clarity on your situation you didn't have before. Zero risk.

Best case: you become the next success story on this page.

We onboard one new client per week.
Not everyone who applies gets in.

When we're full, we're full.

If you've read this far and something inside you is saying "this is the one," don't wait for the next time it's convenient.

Convenient never comes.

The clients who made it onto this page didn't wait. They applied. They did the work.

And their results are waiting for you to notice them.

Your turn.
